Flying out of San Francisco, I snapped these beautiful curlicues from the plane window. I'm from Ohio so had no idea what I was seeing at the time. I later discovered them to be Salt Ponds, or preferably called by Cargill Inc., Crystallizer Beds. Whatever the name, they were a stunning view!
