Walking in San Francisco waiting for a meeting. I had been on the SF Belle over 10 years before to do the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon after I learned to swim at the age of 40. It changed my whole world. I moved from Florida and started a new life. This race a was a huge accomplishment for me and gave me courgae to face other challenges in my life.
