Merging a love of dancing and waterfalls, Vani Akula stands in the waters flowing from Eagle Cliff Falls in Havana Glen, one of dozens of gems left behind by receding glaciers thousands of years ago. An accomplished painter and dancer, Vani shares her South Asian culture by performing a traditional, Indian dance. Bringing thoughtfulness and grace to the waterfall that day, Vani holds her pose for nearly a second as the waters flow eternally in long exposure.
