18th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World
Scared the Crap Out of Us
Hard to find a good place to stop in eastern New Mexico to get a good view of the horizon. The storm was coming and started to lightning. We found this canyon just in time to set up and capture some outstanding lightning.
