this image is taken from a series of images in an ongoing project, the project is titled 'the life of daisy', the idea is it was meant to be like a visual diary accompanied with short journal entries (not featured intros submission)that explain where I had been and how I was feeling. the aim of the project was to reflect on my own mental health and how I choose to cope with things and share with others so that they can see they're not the only one who experiences days like this and acknowledge that its okay to stop for a minute, breath and experience your emotions without feeling guilty for having them.
