Sea Castles

Marine worms inhabit these honeycomb like structures and are called Honeycomb worms. While the size of these honeycombs are not more than 3 feet, each grain of sand in this picture may have been carefully selected for building these castles around themselves. Despite the hardwork these castles are fragile and if broken more than half due to harsh sea conditions or humans treading on them, the inhabitants perish.
