On a walking street food tour in Hanoi Vietnam on of the stops was at this stand selling deep fried sea worms. Fresh in the lower left, the deep frier, and the finished patties ready to be served. The guide bought a couple (patty in a bun) and the group was wide eyed, perhaps not in anticipation. When he asked who wanted to try a bite I was the first to get a small taste. Didn't taste bad but I was concentrating on keeping it down. Don't think it tasted like chicken.
