I know that it has been done many times before, but I have been wanting to shoot this composition for a while. I wanted to do it my way. It was a clear February day in Seattle, making it a perfect opportunity to see Mt. Rainier from Kerry Park. Unfortunately, it was virtually cloudless so the sunset was rather unremarkable. I decided to use the photo shot during the blue hour.
