Severe threats
A Bisa woman from the Chitungulu community, one of the many indigenous peoples in Zambia, overlooking farmland with various vegetables. On her back she carry her baby and on her skirt a picture of Hakainde Hichilema, president of Zambia and ex-farmer himself. Today, the Bisa people faces several serious threats like drought from global warming. They often have conflicts with elephants, who come to their villages to eat their crops.
