This photo is a part of my "Shadow Integration" photo series. A so-called "shadow work" is a process of one's facing their trauma and fears, which is healthy for the mind-body, as the individual shedding a light onto their hidden blind spots, detaches from the old patterns and frees themselves from the illusion of lack, and becomes aware of their truth.
