Sheepheader

A young woman boiling a sheep head to soften its skin and remove what little meat is within. Her face is covered with ashes to protect from heat from the fire pit. A sheep head is on the counter, and she must boil and remove all the hair from its face to extract the meat within. She then sells the meat to customers, who often eat at the same counter.
