Airports are often thought of as impersonal spaces but to me, like every other transitory space, they are full of less tangible elements that we often don't notice - a goodbye fraught with emotion for example. That perhaps explains why all I see in this picture is three fatigued travellers, with a thousand unspoken stories between them.
