Early morning Amsterdam is deceptively quiet - the thousands of cyclists and the crowds of tourists were not yet out; we had the place to ourselves. We were walking past many of the bridges that span the city's many canals and this caught my eye - flowers in the foreground, the colors and the sun on just one side of the frame with dark clouds ready to move back in with rain.
