Now and then a group of young people travel far away from the cities in Nigeria to natural sites to experience something different from the hustle and bustle of the city, and to discover the great good a more natural environment can do to their mental health, how connection with nature can be healing, especially in terms of mental health. Exercise, fresh air, and a sense of adventure are all essential in developing a healthy mindset.
