Sipping Nectar
Day Gecko (Phelsuma). At Akaka falls, a Gecko sips nectar from a native flower. The Day Gecko is not endemic to Hawaii, it is believed that they were introduced to the islands around 1500 years ago by Polynesian voyagers.
