Gust Aukerland was a Swedish immigrant who opened his studio in 1905 in Cokato, Minnesota. He used to photograph the townspeople, which is now part of the exhibit in the Museum of Cokato. His studio is part of the museum and still has all the accessories. We had the privilege to photograph the townspeople on August 8th, 2023 when they came to visit the annual corn festival.
