On a short visit to Philadelphia, I went looking for the most tranquil scene I could find and stopped here overlooking the historic Boathouse Row. With massive clouds hanging over the city I didn't have much hope for capturing a sunset but little did I know the sky would illuminate in the brightest pink imaginable! Boathouse row, known for its lights outlining the homes, was illuminated that night for the Eagles and the beginning of the NFL season, adding a stark contrast to the pink colors above.
