Sleeping

Sadhu is a very energetic person. He constantly performs various rituals, greets parishioners, helps those who need help. Sadhu really commands respect for his many wonderful qualities such as the ability to choose the right words, a lively mind, following the chosen path. But what really struck me was that a sadhu allows himself to sleep when he wants and sleeps as much as he wants. I used to struggle with sleep, I told myself that it was better for me to know how much and when to sleep. I tortured myself with lack of sleep for work or another purpose. And the sadhu just took a comfortable pose to take a sweet nap during the day. He didn't care about the number of people nearby, the number of things to do, the awkwardness, the noise, what time it was. He felt that his body wanted to sleep. And he generously gave him what he needed. And he looked so blissful in his moments of sleep. One of the simplest and wonderful lessons I have ever received in my life.
