Sleeping muse
I sleep with my face in shadow while a narrow beam of light rests on my cheek. Three years after losing the last members of my family, I began to face the quiet weight of grief through art. This self-portrait marks the beginning of a project that explores identity and loss, yet also gestures toward hope and rebirth.
