This picture was taken on the streets of Calcutta/Kolkata. The cook in the shop was preparing the clay oven for the making the snacks to sell. The smokey atmosphere on the textures of clay and old fan gave the shot a feel of yesteryears in the indian villages. I could almost taste the smoke. Clay is an eco friendly way of cooking so i have selected this category to submit.
