Snake Charmer
The snake charmer is practicing to hypnotize the snake (often a cobra) by playing and waving around it. The practice was historically the profession of some tribesmen in India but this is no longer the case. The charmer typically sits out of biting range and the snake is sluggish and reluctant to attack anyway
