I became chilled while snorkeling on the Big Island of HI to see the giant 22 foot Manta Rays, so I returned to the boat. I snapped this photo of water illuminated by huge flood lights attached to the bottom of rafts snorkelers clung to in order to attract plankton, which in turn attracted the mantas.
