The snow leopard is one of the most iconic animals on earth. A rare animal, it lives in impervious and inhospitable territories, often solitary, it is cloaked in an aura of legend. Being able to photograph it in nature is the dream of many nature photographers. And being able to see it in the middle of winter at over 12,500 feet above sea level was like a dream come true.
