All animals are important and special and Dartmoor ponies are no exception; they were so gentle and so friendly. Dartmoor was under a foot of snow at the time, and my friends and I helped the ponies clear some snow so they could get something to eat. It was lovely, we really connected with them. I think this picture really shows that and because of that, it's a special one for me.
