I love a snowy day and we hadn't had much snow yet that winter, so when it started snowing late in the afternoon I headed out. I wanted some snowy shots of the elevated train, the L. I love the L, it's such an iconic symbol of Chicago and it's timeless. I especially like this spot, where it snakes between the modern and the historic. The snowy day added another element and I wanted to capture that magical feeling of snow fall.
