Snowy Bridge of the Hardangervidda
When I went to Norway in April of 2019, I had a few thoughts on what I'd like to do. Most of those thoughts were unrealistic it turns out. I had thought I would do some camping and take advantage of their allemannsretten, aka, the right to roam and camp. Pretty much anywhere. What I didn't realize is how much longer winter seems to hold on in the country. I had sillily thought that at the Hardangervidda National Park I would be able to enjoy some wilderness time. Spring is a fine time to camp I thought. But winter was not over. So I settled for some long, snowy hikes. It was still quite beautiful.
