Solar Eclipse Totality Landscape
3 friends and I drove my car from Lake Tahoe, California to Idaho in order to be directly in the middle of the line for totality, giving us about 2 1/2 minutes of being covered by the eclipse. We had a private location in the National Forest with a pond and zero other people. Totality gives a 360 degree sunset and that combined with orange colors from the low laying smoke from far away fires.
