Last summer, I went in Corsica by ferry. During the trip between France and Italy, the sea was very calm, no wind, the sky was motionless, nothing at the horizon, the sun was allready hidden, and the time seems to have stopped for ever in a - quite - metaphysical mood. I shot this photo thinking of what eternity could look like, it was more a mental interest that a physical interest to the subject I had in front of my eyes, the sea.
