The Hatteras Inlet is home to the Hatteras- Oceacoke Ferry System that links two island in North Carolina. A regular day out kayaking in the inlet you will see birds, boats, ferries and maybe a fish. On this day, a fast approaching storm met with the sunny sky and caught the kayaker in the middle, looking off into the unknown.
