I took this photograph from my apartment window shortly before COVID began. I moved to Seattle in September of 2019 for graduate school. The apartment I found to rent is smaller than a parking space, but the view made it worth it. Shortly after taking this photograph, I went home to visit my parents on the other side of the country, then COVID happened and I decided to stay with them for the duration. This is one of the last photographs I took in Seattle before I left.
