An older man with a van speaks to a younger, Christian man. Both are attending an evangelical music festival being held on the National Mall, but for different reasons. The Christian man is there to worship, while the older man is there with a van covered in inflammatory signs. He uses these as a pretext to lure people in and converse with them about religion and politics.
