Spring anews 4 cardinal babies on Hilton Head Island, SC
We worried about these 4 babies as a storm gathered. Then we saw Mama cardinal fly back. She sat on the nest through the entire downpour; all her babies remained warm and dry. She came in time and had no need for a weather forecaster, as we did.
