St. John's Point Lighthouse, Co. Down, Ireland

St. John's Point Lighthouse is located on the NE coast of Ireland. Designed by George Halpin Senior, it was first lit in 1844. The Titanic, built in Belfast, made its initial sea trials in the waters around St John’s Point. My Grandfather was stationed here as the Lighthouse Keeper, for a while (dates unknown.)
