Standing on a dock patiently waiting for the tagged Falcon to fly looking for prey.
The photo is showing a tagged falcon looking for prey when it noticed another raptor standing on a lake marker, the falcon was trying to knock the other bird off and the started to fight over territory. The falcon won.
