Statues in the Cemetery of Confucius - Qufu, China

The Cemetery of Confucius is an overgrown and haunting place covering 1.5 square miles. 100,000 decedents of Confucius are buried here spanning 78 generations. It is virtually deserted except for the golf carts full of Chinese who zip around. I great place to walk. In this photograph I really like how the vines help define the folds in his robe.
