Black Skimmers duking it out over nesting rights, mates, or anything else that sets them off, screeching all the way. Skimmer rookeries are pretty crowded so tempers are short and you do have to protect your nest. Skimmers often face off in an ascending/spiral ballet chasing the interloper off.
