This skyline view of Richmond, Virginia was taken at Libby Hill Park which also overlooks the James River. The views from this park are said to have given Richmond its name, derived from similar views in Richmond-Upon-Thames, England. My brief visit was interrupted by a storm that rolled over the City. I was able to take this shot before an ensuing downpour.
