In my travels, I make a point to photograph two things: dogs and food. This particular snack happened to be especially tantalizing and I felt that the texture and colors of the food and its surroundings proved to make for an interesting picture and accurately captured a part of Mexican street food culture. The snacks were open faced blue corn and white corn topped with beans, cheese and your choice of salsas and cactus.
