Day Gecko (Phelsuma). Taken at Akaka Falls on the Big Island of Hawaii. The Day Gecko is not endemic to Hawaii, it is believed that they were brought to the islands nearly 1500 years ago by Polynesian Voyagers. Beautiful and Colorful, striking a pose.
