Heavy traffic crosses northbound over the Veterans Memorial Bridge and St. Mary's River. The Veterans Memorial Bridge is just outside of downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana. The Veterans Memorial Bridge is on Spy Run Avenue and U.S. 27. The new bridge is a tribute of all veterans, current active duty, National Guard and reservists of all six branches of the U.S. Military.
