Strongylodon macrobotrys, commonly known as jade vine, blooming in the Glasshouses of Cambridge Botanic Garden When I first saw the pictures of this plant in bloom posted in Instagram account of Cambridge Botanic Garden in 2018, I knew I must see it live. Yet, that Summer I had to cancel my business trip to Cambridge, as a week before departure I got to hospital with my heart almost stopped, I had an urgent surgery and had a cardiostimulator implanted. I got stronger and kept the dream to see the plant. Going to Cambridge a year after, I had Cambridge Botanic Garden as one of the must-visit points with Jade Vine being one of the plants to see
