Suicide horse race

Omak Suicide Race has a history of nearly 90 years, which originated in 1933 when two cowboys competed with each other. The riders repeatedly run their horses off Suicide Hill at the height of more than 60 meters and 62-degree angle into the river and then cross the river into the racecourse. The event was officially included in the Omak Stampede in 1935, and has continued to this day. It's also the most dangrous horse racing event in the United States
