The Southern California Latino community escapes hundred degree heat in the Santa Fe Dam Recreation Area lake, in Irwindale, California. The adjoining park is a popular picnic area for Latinos. The Santa Fe Dam Recreation Area is a county park located in Irwindale, California, USA, in the San Gabriel Valley, inside the Santa Fe Dam.
