Summers End at the Finger Lakes
I took this photo at the end of summer at Lake Honeoye in New York. We were packing up to leave the lake house, and I took a few last shots off the canoes and kayaks on the lonely lake. The feel is meant to be ethereal, other worldly--as if the world is waiting to hibernate.
