Sun Dry Cloth Lines

Through my educational outreach, we are trying to promote energy conservation. I took on a task to prepare a presentation on Energy conservation by sun dry your cloths. During my trip to Italy this summer, I took the time to visit some homes and talked to people about their routine of sun dry their cloths. I found out beside you save money by use less energy, you actually reduce your carbon foot print. It saves the clothes. Yes, dryers make your clothes softer, but they also weaken the fabric’s fibers much faster than if they had been air dried. All that lint after a cycle in the dryer? That’s fabric slowly wearing off of your clothes. During this trip the time spent was well worth it. I had beautiful photos of the sundry cloth line plus many tips.
