We left from the Montelago plateau at 02.00 AM. I’ve always loved to walk by night, especially in the mountains or in the woods, to feel that special kind of awareness, how the dark stretch the time, the sounds or the distances. This one was my first sun rise, and I discovered how breathtaking it is to watch the light win the shadows you were surrounded of.
