Sunrise from Mt. Fuji
Mt. Fuji is the highest peak in Japan. It is considered a sacred place in addition to being a destination for hikers. The official climbing season opens on July 1 and we began our hike in the dark at 12:30am on July 2. We had no idea that the sunrise would be this stunning.
