Sunrise Jewel
A lone tree at sunrise, just before a thunderstorm, as the sun broke through the clouds and shone like a brilliant jewel in the crux of this gnarled tree. This is Driftwood Beach on the coast of Georgia and is the most interesting spot to photograph trees that have been captured by the surf.
