Sunset over the sound at Wrightsville Beach, NC. It has been a family tradition since my dad was young to go to the beach at the beginning of summer with the family. Now that I have a son, I am proudly carrying on that tradition! At the end of a long day (pun intended, it was June 20th) we wrapped up a evening walk watching the boats return to port and the sunset over Banks Channel just north of Masonboro Inlet.
