This is a sunset at Ocean Beach in San Francisco, taken the first week of January in 2020. I just drove out to the beach with my family to watch the sunset, as I've done on many occasions (we live about a 5 minute drive away). All sunsets are beautiful, but this one was breathtaking. I've never seen a sunset so massively take over the sky like this one did. It looked to me as though a sunset volcano was erupting in the sky, so I decided to capture the moment.
